The public comment microphone in my city hides a 3 second delay and nobody knows
Sat through 90 minutes of the Pittsburgh city council meeting last week and watched 6 people in a row lean in and yell 'can you hear me' right after the clerk already said go ahead. There's a delay on that mic, so half the room starts talking over the person before them and the whole thing sounds like a bad phone call from 2004. How do we get the clerk to just tell people about the lag before they start?
