Why does nobody mention the city's own alert page is buried on page 3 of Google
I was checking my block's group chat for a boil water notice last Tuesday and realized the official city alert site has been posting them since 2019, I just never saw it because it ranks under three news sites. Anyone know how to get those alerts pushed to a phone without signing up for 5 different apps?

Ah yes, the city's most useful page, hidden like a secret level in a video game nobody wants to play. You can usually grab those alerts as an RSS feed if the page has one, then run it through a free app like Feedly to get phone pings.
