Had a coolant line blow on a 2018 Haas VF2 during a long run Friday afternoon.
It was the main feed line to the spindle. I shut it down, used a spare hydraulic hose and two clamps from the shop truck to get it running again in 20 minutes. Anyone have a better fix for a quick field repair on coolant lines?

Did you check if the line rubbed through on a sharp edge somewhere?

Nice save with the shop truck hose, that's real field engineer stuff right there. Of course the main feed line goes on a Friday afternoon, that's just how these machines roll. I guess the real fix is having a cold beer ready for after you do the proper repair on Monday.
