Finally dialed in my pour-over after a year of weak cups

For the longest time, my morning coffee tasted thin and sour... I was using a cheap grinder. Switched to a Timemore C2 last month, and the difference is night and day. Anyone else have a simple change that made a huge difference?

Oh man, the grinder is everything! I was in the same boat with a blade grinder for ages. My coffee was always bitter or weak, no matter what I tried. Getting a decent burr grinder was a total game changer. It's wild how one piece of gear can fix so many problems at once.

Right?! My buddy swore his coffee was just bad for years. Turns out his blade grinder was making it all wonky. He switched and now he's a total coffee snob, it's hilarious.
