Warning: I stopped buying whole bean coffee and my French press has never been better
For 6 years I ground beans fresh every morning like everyone told me to, then my grinder broke in January and I switched to pre-ground from a local roaster in Sacramento. Am I the only one who thinks the freshness difference gets way overblown once you nail your water temp and ratio?
