Tried crew scheduling software after 10 years of paper and it was a game changer

I ran my plumbing crew for a decade using a whiteboard and sticky notes. Last month I finally gave in and tried one of those scheduling apps after my foreman kept double booking jobs in Omaha. The difference was night and day. I could see where each van was in real time and move guys around when a job ran long. No more calling everyone at 6 AM to figure out who was where. I spent about 80 bucks a month for the basic plan and saved at least 5 hours a week on phone tag alone. Has anyone else made the jump from old school scheduling to something digital? What are you using that actually works without being a pain to learn?

Bet your dispatching nightmare got way easier. The real hidden win is how it helps with tax time - my accountant loves the digital logs compared to my old receipts stuffed in a glovebox.
