I used to hand-lay wire mesh for every slab over 6x6, even the small stuff. A buddy in Nashville mentioned tossing macro fibers straight into the mixer for a 4-inch pour we did on a garage apron last month, and the crew finished up two hours earlier with zero roll-out tangles. Anyone run into cracking issues with fibers on big temperature swings that wire mesh handles better?
