Watched my neighbor's lawn go from brown to bright green in 3 days
Dude was dumping industrial fertilizer on it at night like some covert operation. I swear he had a whole hazmat setup, not just a Scotts spreader. Anyone else got secret chemists on their block?

Blew my mind when I realized half the neighborhood is basically running secret experiments to look like they have it together. It's not just lawns, it's the guy with the perfect grass who would never admit he's doing anything special, meanwhile he's out there at 11pm with goggles on. Makes me wonder how many other things we see as "normal" are just people hiding their crazy methods behind a hose and a smile.

My buddy caught his neighbor doing the same thing at 2am with a headlamp on and a sprayer that looked like something from a hazmat movie. Told me he just waved like it was totally normal and went back to spraying lmao.

Stopped reading at "goggles on" and had to walk away from my phone for a second... goggles? For spreading fertilizer? That's a whole other level of crazy I didn't even think about. I mean, I knew people got weird about their lawns but that sounds like he's mixing up something that could actually burn his eyes out if it touched them. Makes me wonder what kind of chemicals he's using that need that kind of protection... probably the stuff that turns your grass green and your lungs a different color too. Honestly the more I hear about these secret lawn ops the more I'm just gonna let my weeds do whatever they want.
