A 2 minute clip from a streamer I watch made me rethink my whole upload schedule
Last night I caught a clip of a small Twitch partner, about 1.2k followers, talking about how he batches all his editing on Mondays and Tuesdays, then only posts Wednesdays and Fridays. I always tried to upload daily and burned out after 3 weeks straight. He said consistency matters more than volume when you're solo. Has anyone else tried a twice a week schedule and seen their watch time actually go up?

Wait, did he actually say consistency matters more than volume? Cuz that's only half true. Consistency keeps your viewers coming back, sure, but posting twice a week only helps if the stuff you post is actually good. I went from daily to twice a week and my watch time went up, but it was bc I stopped rushing junk out the door. If your vids are weak, a steady schedule just means people get bored of you on a regular basis. So yeah, try the batch thing, but don't expect the schedule alone to save you.
