Just spent $300 on a 'viral' editing course that was a total waste
I bought this online course last week because the ads made it look like the secret to getting views. The whole thing was just basic stuff you can find for free on YouTube... and the 'exclusive' tips were just common sense. Has anyone else felt burned by a paid course that promised big results?

Ugh that sucks, did you try to get a refund? I got burned on a photography course last year and now I only buy stuff if there's a solid free sample first. I basically just search for the topic plus "full tutorial" on YouTube now, the free stuff is often way better.

Read somewhere that a lot of paid courses just repackage free info anyway.
