From posting nonstop to picking my spots: a content lesson

I used to think blasting out content daily was the only way to keep an audience. After a flat period, I switched to fewer, more thoughtful pieces and saw better results. Now I'm stuck between the old 'more is more' idea and the new 'less but better' approach. Where do you stand on this for your own plans?

Your flat period maybe wasn't the post frequency.

Remember hearing a podcast where they said a good newsletter beats a busy one every time. The host showed how one deep dive on a single problem got way more saves and shares than a whole month of quick tips. @terry_moore might be onto something about flat periods having other causes. I'm trying to find a middle spot now, maybe two solid posts a week instead of my old daily rush job or waiting for perfect.

That podcast example sounds nice but I mean how many people actually have the time to make those perfect deep dives every week. Idk maybe it's just me but I feel like most folks would burn out trying to hit two home runs on schedule. The quick tips might not get saved but they keep people coming back, which has to count for something.
