I finally found a content workflow that doesn't make me hate writing
Last month I spent a whole Sunday rewriting a blog post four times and still hated it. Three years ago I used to just type whatever and hit publish, but my old process was a mess. Last week I tried outlining with bullet points first, then writing each section one at a time without editing. It cut my editing time in half and the post actually read better. Has anyone else found a simple trick that changed how you write?

Wait til you have to write something you actually care about first.

I mean, is writing really that deep though or are we just overthinking it

Huh, that's interesting but I gotta ask - how much are you actually changing when you edit now compared to before? Like is it just typos and grammar, or are you still rewriting whole paragraphs? Because if you're still doing major revisions in the editing pass, the bullet point approach might just be shifting the pain around instead of solving it. I'm curious if the quality actually improved or if it just feels better because you're working faster.
