My cooking Instagram hit a wall after six months of steady posts

I've been posting family recipes three times a week, but now likes and comments are WAY down. It feels like I'm just putting stuff out without a real plan. I want to keep people interested without burning out. Any tips on planning better content or trying new formats? This slump is KILLING my motivation.

Hitting a wall on Instagram is so frustrating, isn't it? I got past a slump by trying one new recipe video each month. Planning a loose content calendar might give you structure without the stress.

Start using Instagram Stories for quick kitchen fails or messy behind the scenes stuff.

Yeah, I got stuck in that same loop last year. What finally broke it was mixing up the format every single post, not just the recipes. One day it's a nice photo of the finished dish, next time it's a short video of the trickiest step, then a text post asking what weird ingredient people have in their fridge right now. Also started planning loose weekly themes, like all grill recipes one week or deep dives on a single cheap ingredient the next. It gave me a roadmap so I wasn't staring at a blank page, but still felt flexible.
