I was at our town's yearly picnic this weekend. A pitmaster was running a huge smoker full of ribs. He moved slowly, checked temps, and just waited. It hit me that BBQ mastery is all about patience and timing. Do you agree that patience is the biggest challenge?

I've noticed more people are into dried flowers these days. At a dinner party, a guest thought my centerpiece was just dead plants and made a comment about it. It was funny but also a bit cringe.

In my experience, I tried a new adhesive for my extra inserts. The glue soaked through and stuck multiple sheets together. Your mileage may vary, but take this with a grain of salt. I lost a week of notes trying to peel them apart. Test your materials on a scrap page first to save yourself the hassle.
