Unpopular opinion: cold leftover pizza with ketchup is the best

I was at my aunt's house in Cleveland last weekend and she freaked out when I put ketchup on cold pizza. She said it's disgusting but I've been eating it that way since I was a kid. It's the perfect mix of greasy cheese and tangy sauce. Anyone else out there got a weird topping like this?

16 years eating cold pizza and I've never once thought to add ketchup, so I gotta disagree with you on this one kai_butler83. That tangy sweet stuff is already baked into the sauce, adding more is like double dipping. If the pizza's any good, the crust and cheese should be doing the heavy lifting. Might as well just eat a slice of bread with ketchup at that point.

Ketchup on cold pizza? That's a bold move (and I say that as someone who once put ranch dressing on leftover Chinese food). My weird topping is mayonnaise on hot dogs, which got me weird looks at a barbecue in Chicago. But hey, mayo on a hot dog is like ketchup on pizza - it just works if you grew up with it. Cold pizza with ketchup sounds like a Midwest secret handshake.
