2FA app glitched on me yesterday - almost locked out of my bank account

Duo Mobile just stopped working. No warning. Opened it yesterday morning and got a blank white screen. Couldn't get my 2FA code for my online banking. Had to call my bank's support line. Spent 45 minutes on hold proving my identity with security questions. Finally got a temporary bypass code. Already switching to Authy for backup. Anyone else have Duo just die like that?

Man, the exact same thing happened to me with Duo Mobile about three months ago. I was trying to get into my email for a password reset and got that blank white screen, had to spend an hour on the phone with support too. Been using Authy as a backup since then and it's been solid so far.

Oh man, my friend Sarah had the same thing happen with Duo while she was at the airport trying to get her boarding pass. She ended up having to call her husband to read her a code from his phone.
