The kitchen faucet handle snapped clean off on Tuesday
I was just trying to turn the water on to wash a pot. The plastic handle broke right at the base. I found the part number online and ordered a new metal handle for $18. It showed up yesterday and I had it swapped out in about ten minutes with a basic Allen wrench. The new one feels way more solid. Anyone have a good fix for a sprayer hose that's starting to kink?

Nice upgrade to metal, that plastic stuff is a total scam. My sprayer hose just gave up and started leaking at the connection. I ended up replacing the whole unit because the kinks were a lost cause.

What's the brand on that metal one you got? I read a piece last week, @holly_henderson86, saying some of the cheaper metal hoses can actually rust inside from our water. They said to look for ones with a stainless steel core, not just a metal cover.

Yeah I was all about the plastic hoses for years, thought metal was overkill. Then my buddy showed me his after five years, the inside was just coated in this nasty green gunk. Turns out he had one of those cheap ones without the stainless core. Completely changed my view, you gotta check what's actually inside the coating.
