Track moisture content first thing in the morning before the sun hits the lumber pile. Stack your cut list by width so you're not switching blade settings between every board. Keep a cheap digital caliper clipped to your belt for quick checks. Cuts workflow time down about 20 percent once you get in the rhythm.

I used to just grab whatever board was on top and start cutting, never even checked moisture until I got cupping issues later. That belt clip caliper idea is genius, I always lose mine in the sawdust on the bench. The morning moisture check makes total sense now too, I was wondering why my weekend cuts were always tighter than my afternoon ones. Gotta reorganize my cut list by width tonight and try this tomorrow.
