Bought a cheap drywall lift from a yard sale for $75. The arm snapped on the third sheet.

Seventy-five bucks for a drywall lift? I had to read that twice. I didn't even know you could find one that cheap. Most folks around here want two hundred for one that's been sitting in a barn for a decade. The arm snapping on the third sheet is almost impressive in a sad way. Must have been rusted clean through or the previous owner knew exactly what they were doing selling it.

Come on, a yard sale drywall lift for seventy-five bucks? That thing was probably older than I am. Third sheet snapping sounds about right for a rusty, worn-out piece of equipment. You got exactly what you paid for, a cheap shortcut that failed. Next time just rent a proper one for the day.
