Ngl your contractor totally screwed you, same thing happened with my guy and now I can't stand the smell down there.

oh @hannahs45 you're so right, same exact thing happened with my guy and i swear i still catch hints of that weird plastic smell months later. its like they used some cheap materials or something and now i just regret the whole thing every time i walk in there.
