PSA: I keep seeing B2B case studies that are just a boring list of features
We just reviewed a bunch of case studies from a big tech event in Austin, and like 8 out of 10 were just 'we used X software and got Y result' with zero story. It matters because enterprise buyers need to see the real problem and how you fixed it, not just a product spec sheet. Has anyone found a good template or example that actually tells a compelling story?

Yeah, "we used X and got Y" was my go-to for years. A good case study feels like you're reading about a real team fixing a real mess.

Oh totally, that's exactly it. I mean, I used to just list features and it never really clicked. What changed for me was adding a quick line about the problem before the fix, like "we were losing hours on manual reports, so we tried X and cut that time down to Y." Makes it feel way more real.

Does a case study really need to be that deep though? @kim963
