Google Home told my friend to add milk to his spaghetti sauce and I still laugh about it
I always thought those smart assistants were just overpriced timers until last week when my buddy asked his Google Home for a simple marinara recipe and it went off on this detailed tangent about adding oat milk for 'creaminess.' The thing actually gave him a full step by step and the sauce turned out surprisingly good with a weird little twist. Has anyone else had a smart assistant accidentally push them into trying something you'd never consider on your own?

I read oat milk in sauce can actually work pretty well.

The oat milk thing is what really gets me. I mean, oat milk in spaghetti sauce? That just sounds like something a robot would come up with after reading too many vegan blogs. My own Google speaker once told me to add a tablespoon of cinnamon to chili because I asked for a "warm and hearty" recipe. I actually tried it and nobody liked it, but your friend's oat milk story is even wilder. I can't believe the sauce actually turned out good, that's the part I'm stuck on.
