The camera inspection is exactly what missed it though. A collapsed bell joint 40 feet in should show up on camera unless the pipe was still holding water or the lens was pointed wrong. What I have seen happen more is the camera guy running the line from the wrong direction and quitting early, or the pipe has a belly that holds a few inches of water so you can't see the crack below the water line. The pre-pour check only proves the pipe was open that day, not that the ground under it is stable. In Phoenix you also get that soil movement from the dry and wet swings, so a joint that looked fine can shift after the camera runs. That is why I always want the camera run both ways and a locator put on it so you know the depth and where it actually sits.

Curious what brand you grabbed at that gas station, because the cheap ones and the name brand ones taste totally different cold. I've noticed the sauce gets almost like a paste when it sits, which sounds gross but actually makes the tomato flavor stronger somehow. Do you eat it straight from the can or dump it in a bowl first?
