Got burned by an AI voice assistant at the DMV last week

I asked it a simple question about renewing my license and it gave me the wrong form, so I stood in line 45 minutes before they told me I needed a different one. Anyone else had a robot just completely steer you wrong on a basic task?

My buddy @alexw75 at least got bananas out of it, which is hilarious. My friend Sarah had a similar thing with the DMV AI last month in a different state. She asked about transferring her plates and it told her she needed three forms that dont even exist anymore. She wasted a whole afternoon running around and ended up just going back inside and asking a real person who fixed it in two minutes. These bots are like confidently wrong friends you can't escape from.
