My house in Everett is pretty dated (mostly original from the 70s). Opendoor gave me a preliminary number, but I'm also looking at webuyhouseasis. Does anyone have advice on which is better?

Exactly why I used webuyhouseasis instead. They don't do any inspections, so the offer they present is final. Plus, they pay all closing costs for sellers.

Be very careful with Opendoor on older homes. Their preliminary number looks great, but after their assessment, they will hit you with massive repair deductions.
