That one Tuesday where I flipped 3 things before noon and made $600
Last Tuesday was wild. I listed a vintage desk lamp on FB Marketplace at 7am, sold it by 8:30 for $40. Then a guy replied to my old OfferUp post about a broken Xbox and offered me $120 as-is. By 11am I had sold a spare car tire from my garage for $440 to a dude in Bellevue. Three sales, zero haggling. Has anyone else had a day where everything just lined up like that?

Bet you left money on the table with every single one of those sales. That lamp could have gone for double if you'd waited until evening when people who actually have jobs browse. The Xbox guy probably planned to fix it and flip it for $300, you basically handed him a free $180. And a spare car tire for $440 sounds way too low unless it was old and beat up. Are you sure you weren't just rushing to make quick cash instead of maximizing your profit?

Actually @sandrat24 that spare was a brand new full-size spare from a dealership so $440 was fair market.

Figure out the tire price first. A dealer brand new spare for $440 seems about right if it's a common SUV tire with the right load rating. Some of those truck spares can run $300-$500 easy just for the rubber, and if it's a full size matching rim then yeah that's fair.
