Had a customer insist on sunflowers for a get-well bouquet.

He said they bring cheer, which got me thinking. More people are picking flowers for how they feel, not just how they look.

My grandma always kept sunflowers on her kitchen table. They really do feel cheerful, not just look it. That customer was onto something.

Hey @faithbennett, that's a sweet memory. Sunflowers do have that effect, don't they? What was it about your grandma's kitchen that made the sunflowers feel so special? Like, was it the light or the way she arranged them? I'm curious if the cheerfulness came from more than just the flowers themselves, maybe the whole vibe of her home.

Oh, that's so true! It's never just about the flowers, is it? The whole feeling of a home wraps around those little details. Like, didn't the smell of her cooking or the sound of her voice make those sunflowers even brighter? Places hold onto love, and that's what we remember most.
