My friend bet me $20 that his fancy truffle oil pizza was better than my plain cheese slice from Tony's.
We did a blind taste test in my kitchen and three people picked the simple cheese slice because the truffle oil just tasted like weird perfume. Has anyone else had a 'gourmet' ingredient totally ruin a normal food for them?

Tried the "just pick one" rule with my roommates last week. We get pizza way faster now.
