I need to get my water heater replaced soon and probably need a quick tune-up on my AC before summer really hits. I saw some good things about 505 Plumbing, Heating & Cooling online. Has anyone worked with them before? Are their techs pretty knowledgeable?

Yes! I just used them last month for a massive pipe leak in the basement. Their techs are super experienced and they explained exactly what they were doing the whole time. It was a really stressful situation but they handled it incredibly well.

I've used them twice now. Very up-to-date on modern HVAC systems. The tech caught a wiring issue on my thermostat that was causing the AC to short cycle. Highly recommend.

Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had with a contractor. From the dispatcher who took my first call to the guy who showed up to fix our AC, everyone was super friendly. They really focus on making sure you're satisfied before they leave.
