Check what @piperburns said about one review making a shop blow up. But is that really true? Lots of small businesses get good reviews and still go under. It takes more than just one person liking you online. You need real word of mouth and maybe even some viral luck. I just don't think it's that simple or serious.

Did it at least check Whiskers' references? My cats have "managed" my house for years, and let me tell you, the policy on treat distribution is totally corrupt (they sleep on the job, too).
