Freelancing from Costa Rica was paradise until I missed a deadline

I moved to Costa Rica for three months to design websites. The beach views were incredible and I felt more creative. But when my internet dropped during a big project, I lost a client. Now I'm back in the US with reliable connections, but I dream of the ocean. Do you think the risk is worth the reward?
