inAppreciation post: I thought the whole 'green concrete' thing was just hype until I saw the specs on a project in Denver last month.
Mark's buddy must have some serious pull at city hall. Green concrete sounds fancy but I bet it costs twice as much as the regular stuff. My shop's parking lot could use a repave but I'm not paying extra for concrete that tries to save the planet. Maybe it's just me but I'd rather put that money into new tools.

inA guy on my crew said my venting for a 200 lb aluminum pour was 'asking for a steam explosion' and now I'm second-guessing my whole setup.
Dakota_nelson43 is right about that foundry bomb risk.
