AI hiring tool flagged my resume for 'too many job hops' and I laughed
Read a report from a staffing firm in Austin that found 38% of resumes get auto-rejected for gaps over 6 months, even when the reasons are legit like caregiving. My own resume has three such gaps from moving states, and that algorithm would've binned me without blinking. Anyone else feel like these tools punish normal life instead of judging actual skill?
