My AI resume bot applied to 47 jobs in an hour and got me a screaming voicemail from HR

I set up an automated tool last Tuesday to blast my resume out for warehouse gigs. Didnt check the settings. It applied to 47 positions at the same company in under 60 minutes. The HR lady called me at 7 AM yelling about how I was clogging their system. Had to explain it was a bot. She didnt think it was funny. Has anyone else had a job hunt go totally sideways with automation?

Yeah, "brutal" is the right word for it. That kind of stuff can really mess with your head for a while. I mean, getting that news out of nowhere, it's like someone just pulls the rug right out from under you. The worst part is how it sticks with you, how you keep replaying the moment in your head. In my experience, it helps to just let yourself be upset for a bit, but then you gotta slowly start figuring out your next step. Take it one day at a time, that's all you can really do.
