Standing in line at a CVS in Philly watching someone argue with a self-checkout kiosk for 6 minutes straight made me realize we've lost something in customer service.

The machine kept asking 'did you scan your loyalty card?' and the guy kept yelling 'I DON'T HAVE ONE' and I just wondered when we decided talking to a computer was better than a real person - has anyone else noticed these things making simple errands feel more frustrating?

Just hit the skip button when it asks about a loyalty card and scan your items. Less yelling, less stress.

Heard my buddy @margaretm23 try that and the screen froze right when he hit skip, total nightmare.
