Warning: My AI-generated song lyrics led to a huge fight at my local music club.
I've been making electronic music as a hobby for years. Last month, I tried an AI tool to help write lyrics for a new track. When I played it at the club, some folks got really mad. They said using AI is stealing jobs from real songwriters. But I think that's wrong. The AI just gave me ideas, and I spent hours editing and making the music myself. It felt like using a new instrument, not cheating. Has anyone else found that AI tools can actually boost creativity instead of killing it?
