Watched a self-checkout kiosk freak out on an old lady at Walmart and nobody helped her for 10 minutes
The machine kept yelling 'unexpected item in bagging area' while she held up a single loaf of bread, and I swear the AI is designed to humiliate people just to save a few bucks on cashier wages, has anyone else seen this kind of stuff get worse lately?
