Laughed at a co-worker for using AI to write emails. Then I saw his inbox zero and felt dumb.

I work at a marketing agency in Austin and this guy Dave always had these perfect client emails that sounded way too polished. I figured he was just spending hours on them. Turns out he was using an AI writing tool to draft everything in like 30 seconds and then just tweak a couple words. I made fun of him for it until I tried it myself last week. Saved me like 2 hours a day. Anyone else get humbled by a tool you thought was gimmicky?

Double down on this by pointing out most people don't realize the placebo effect is actually stronger when you buy something expensive. Your brain works harder to convince itself the product works because you paid more money for it. That's why cheap generic stuff never hits the same as the name brand version. It's not fake, it's just your own brain doing the heavy lifting.
