Watched an AI art bot sell prints at my local farmers market

Stopped by the Sunday market in Portland and this guy had a tablet running a diffusion model, cranking out custom pet portraits for $25 a pop. People were lining up, and it hit me that the real innovation isn't the tech itself, it's how fast it fits into a normal booth setup. Has anyone else seen AI tools creeping into tiny physical businesses like this?
