People keep saying you can't do a whole chicken in an air fryer, but I just did one that was perfect.

I tried a 4 pound bird in my 6 quart basket last weekend, and after 50 minutes at 360 it was golden and juicy. The key was spatchcocking it first, which I learned from a video my neighbor sent. Everyone online acts like it's impossible, but it's just about prep. Has anyone else tried a full chicken this way, or am I the only one who thinks the 'too small' rule is wrong?

Yeah, it's super hit or miss. Works great sometimes, then totally flops others. Just depends on the day I guess.
