Just heard a customer say they installed their own ring system and saved $500
Told me over coffee this morning how it only took two hours, which made me wonder if we're pricing ourselves too high for basic installs or if DIYers just ignore all the problems we actually fix.

Did they factor in the time to debug it when something goes wrong two months later? I've seen too many DIY installs where they skipped the fine print on sensor placement or didn't ground things right.
