Chipper clutch died on a job in Tacoma and I got it moving with a hose clamp
Halfway through a removal last Thursday the feed roller clutch let go on my Bandit 990, so I pulled the cover and wrapped a hose clamp around the actuator arm to keep the rollers spinning long enough to finish the job, and I'm wondering if anyone else has limped a machine through a day like that or if I just got lucky.

Damn, did the clamp hold tension the whole time or did you have to keep tightening it?
