What specific weird stuff are you talking about? My neighbor could tell when a storm was coming by how the birds acted, but that's just one example. There's got to be a ton of that practical knowledge we never wrote down. How do we even start to save it before it's gone?

My grandpa could fix anything with a paperclip and some string. He had this wild knowledge about plants and weather that just isn't in books. There's a whole layer of how the world works that they just lived through. Makes you wonder what we're missing now, you know? That kind of hands-on smarts is fading away.
