Finally got a link from a local news site after six months of outreach
The editor from our city's business journal replied to my fourth email and agreed to feature our tool in a roundup piece. It went live this morning and already sent some decent referral traffic. Has anyone else had luck with local press after a long wait?

Man, that's so true it hurts. It feels like everything runs on "local paper time" now, @thea_mitchell20. You see it with repair guys saying they'll show up between 8am and 5pm, or waiting weeks for a simple call back. It's this low-grade stress of just hanging around, hoping someone follows through. Makes you miss when people just did things when they said they would.
