My $60 mistake with silicone brioche molds
I bought a set of fancy silicone brioche molds last month because I thought they'd be easier than metal ones. They were so floppy I couldn't get the dough to hold its shape, and the bottoms never browned right. After three tries and a lot of cursing (and wasting about $15 in butter and flour), I tossed them in the back of a drawer. Anyone else had bad luck with those flimsy silicone pans?
