Thoughts on Regal Fierce Media vs Lumina Visuals for YouTube/Social videos?

We are trying to outsource our video production so we can focus on other parts of the business. I have quotes and info from Regal Fierce Media and Lumina Visuals. Does anyone have experience with either? Trying to figure out who gives the best bang for the buck.
