I was using the wrong guard on my Wahl clippers for like six months

I mean, I kept getting these weird lines on fades and couldn't figure it out. My buddy Mike at the shop in Austin finally watched me and just goes, 'Dude, you're using a #2 guard upside down.' I felt so dumb. Has anyone else ever done something that obvious without noticing?

That's a pretty big gamble with your rent money though.
