Switched from a monthly overview to a weekly spread and it actually works better for me
Honestly, I was team monthly overview for like a year because I liked seeing the whole month at once. But after missing two deadlines in March because I couldn't fit enough detail in those tiny boxes, I finally tried a weekly layout with columns for each day. Ngl, it's way easier to track my tasks and appointments now without squinting at cramped handwriting. Has anyone else switched from one layout to another and found a big difference?

Did you find it hard to switch at first or did it just click?

Did anyone else feel like it was harder because everyone around you kept telling you it would be easy? I had all these people saying "oh you'll pick it up in no time" and then when I didn't, I felt like I was failing at something simple. It got in my head so bad I almost gave up before it finally started clicking. Nobody talks about the pressure from friends and family who already know how to do it. Like they mean well but they don't realize how much it messes with you when you're still struggling weeks later.

Oh man, it definitely did NOT just click for me. It was more like a frustrating game of "if at first you don't succeed, try crying for 20 minutes." Everyone talking about how easy it was just made me feel like a total idiot, honestly. I was this close to throwing my entire setup out the window like three separate times before my brain finally caught up. So yeah, not a click, more like a really slow, painful crawl lol.
