Just finished my 100th drawer box with zero gaps on the first fit
Honestly, I've been building cabinets for eight years and always struggled with drawer gaps. I started tracking them in a notebook six months ago after a bad run. Ngl, hitting 100 perfect ones in a row feels huge. It's not about speed, it's about my dado jig setup and checking the plywood thickness every single time. Has anyone else found a small change that just clicked and fixed a long-time problem?

Wait, you tracked every single drawer for six months?

Read an article once about how people use their kitchen drawers. Turns out we only really open about three of them regularly. The rest just collect junk.
