inVent: That pipe fit took me 6 hours because of one stupid thing
That's a rough one, but weld shrinkage gets everybody at least once.

inTried a rope wrench for the first time on a big oak in Lincoln
Hold up, 60-foot oak removal on a first try with a rope wrench? That's insane. Did your friend @victorb17 at least film it? I'd pay to see that learning curve in real time.

inTook me 6 years to realize I was sanding my drywall wrong
Man you ever think about how your sanding block or pad pressure changes as you move? I noticed I was leaning harder on the edges of the pad without realizing it, digging in little trenches on the edges of my repair. Once I started using a light touch and letting the weight of the tool do the work, the feathering got way more consistent. Also switched to a flexible sanding sponge for the final pass and that helped knock down any leftover ridges the orbital couldn't reach.

inCrown moulding blowout - cheap mitre saw let me down big time
Did you check if the blade is square to the table? I spent two hours once fighting a saw that was actually fine, the cheap blade just had too much wobble at full extension. Sometimes swapping to a Diablo blade fixes half the issues before you even touch the saw's stops.

inSomeone told me I was overcrowding my air fryer basket and it changed everything
Nah man, four thighs in a 6-quart? That seems low to me. I was doing like 6 or 7 wings in mine and wondering why they came out sad. Mike would probably lose his mind if he saw my old method of stacking them like a Jenga tower. Guess I gotta go buy more chicken just to test this out.
